What else people are saying…
“I enjoyed how easy it was to get maintenance requests fulfilled.”
“I know some people are paying less for the same apartment which is kinda unfair.”
“Fire Alarm Goes off everyday. So expensive (I shared a room 90% of the year with that rent price) Location is great, solid amenities but apartment space comparatively to nearby complexes doesn’t even compare for similar pricing.”
“Shower heat is subpar. I’ve gotten trapped in an elevator for over an hour before”
“We got a new rowing machine in the gym! That's neat. And my bf loves the free hot cocoa :)”
“Maintenance and workers at university are great!”
“My apartment has been pretty good. Most of our repairs have been quickly fixed and the system is organized. Only cons are that the toilet was messed up for some of the year and heating wasn’t great.”
“The maintenance takes far too long to respond to resident inquiries. The package room tends to be slow with giving packages to residents. Rent is far too high for the quality of apartment. Water quality is low and allows for bacteria to grow quickly, especially in sinks.”
“I enjoyed how easy it was to get maintenance requests fulfilled.”
“I think it was a great apartment with good amenities I just feel as if parts of the units are outdated.”
“Wouldn’t recommend living here unless you’re broke! Maintenance takes a long time to get to anything, and the apartment itself is very small with little sunlight (although I’m on the fourth floor). There’s not even a fan in the bathroom, so it gets very humid and moldy. No dishwasher either. The fire alarms go off quite often and elevators break. I will say it was fine because I was always busy and didn’t spend much time here.”
